Are you ready to join a dynamic team and bring joy to events and celebrations? We're seeking energetic individuals to join us as Inflatable Delivery Assistants. In this role, you'll work alongside our experienced delivery drivers to ensure the safe and efficient transportation, setup, and operation of inflatable structures for various events.
Requirements
Physical Fitness:
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including inflatable structures and equipment.
- Stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Team Player:
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively alongside delivery drivers and other team members.
Attention to Detail:
- Ability to follow instructions closely and perform tasks with precision to ensure the safe and accurate setup of inflatable structures.
Customer Focus:
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to interact with clients at event sites and address any questions or concerns.
Flexibility:
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
Dependability:
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Commitment to meeting delivery deadlines and providing exceptional service to customers.
Prior Experience:
- Previous experience in delivery, event setup, or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
- Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate potential and willingness to learn.
Other Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but no required.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not always necessary for this role).
